On the cover of Client Magazine US #13, we feature the amazing Canadian-born transgender model Krow Kian at UNO Models, who has been making waves in the fashion industry with his androgynous look and unique talents as a model, singer and actor. The cover story was photographed by Sergi Pons and styled by Alberto Murtra.
Krow has walked runway shows for Balmain, Kent & Curwen, Acne Studios, Alexander McQueen, Haider Ackermann, Proenza Schouler, Charles Jeffrey Loverboy, Ann Demeulemeester, Oliver Spencer, Michael Kors as well as infamously opening and closing for Louis Vuitton. He has also graced the covers of leading mainstream and indie magazines that have included GQ Style, Dazed, Glass Magazine, L’Uomo Vogue, Numero Homme Netherlands and now Client.
The edition also features the work of Leica Oskar Barnack Award finalists Francesco Anselmi and Tomas van Houtryve, whose insightful b/w photo essays are truly special. Mara13 is currently the point of reference of Mexican cartels for the distribution of drugs in the States. Santos has been recently released after two years spent in prison for a crime he did not commit.
