Chef Ollie Dabbous & Hide London Win Michelin Star

Ollie Dabbous, executive chef and co-owner of Hide in London’s prestigious Mayfair was awarded a Michelin star back in October. Hide was open just 6 months prior to being awarded the star, an impressive accomplishment.

“It’s a real honour to be recognised for what we have been doing at Hide over the last few months. I am only a part of the process and this award is testament to my amazing team who have worked so hard from day one. I would also like to thank our suppliers who have played a major part in our success too.” Said Ollie.

Ollie previously achieved a Michelin star back in 2012 with Dabbous Restaurant, and the latest menus demonstrate his development since that time, whether for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner.

Hide Restaurant is a joint venture between Ollie and Hedonism Wines and is located in the heart of Mayfair, opposite Green Park. The restaurant is set over an impressive three floors, with a timber spiral staircase being a centrepiece within the space.
